• Software design
• Development
• Code and documentation review
• Basic overall solution architecture
• Managing the team in Scrum
• Basic knowledge in the areas of hardware sizing, back up, high availability, storage & archiving concepts,...
• Basic understanding of data base design and performance optimization
• Basic Demand Management - Filters demand and discusses not needed requirements, or requirements with a negtive cost/benefit analysis.
• Requirements Management (Prioritization, remove duplicates, delete after negative business case,...) - Is able to manage requirements to work on requirements which will bring most value to the bank first, keep them up to date, keep stakeholders informed,...
• Explaining Scope, priorities,... to the implementation Team
• Eliminate inefficiencies and focus on bottlenecks in the development process

• Technical skills - Is fluent in several high level programming languages like C#, java, C++, python,...
