We are looking for potential candidates for Teller role at VIB Ton Duc Thang with attractive package as following details

Finance management:

• Achieve KPIs as assigned

Key deliverables/ Main responsibilities:

Transactions and Administration

• While dealing with customers at counters or via telesales, exploit customers’ demands and supply clients with essential information on products and services available in the bank, in order to optimize bank’s produtcs, cross-sale and mobilize clients’ balance accounts from other banks. Responsible for direct service to customer or transfer client information to stakeholders for timely support. 
• Open new account for customers: receive and check document, confirm accurate signature to update in the bank’s system.
• Assure accurate and timely process; cash management and cash limit management
• Process transaction at counters; internal accounting and tax accounting at the branch
• Supervise and review accounting document and daily transactions files on daily basis in accordance with the bank’s regulation.
• Other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager and Head of Customer Service

Regulation Compliance

• Assure flawless transaction procedures
• Assure accurate compliance in conformity with VIB’s regulations and National Law, be responsible for user/password security

Customer Service:

• Comply accurate transaction procedures following VIB’s service quality standard; assure 7-step procedure
• Raise customer satisfaction through qualified services and good working attitude
