VIB TUYỂN DỤNG Customer Service Staff

Transaction and Administration
  • Assure accurate and timely process; cash management and cash limit management
  • Process transactions at counters; internal accounting and tax accounting at the branch
  • Supervise and review accounting document and daily transactions files on daily basis in accordance with the bank’s regulation.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager and Head of Customer Service
Regulation Compliance
  • Assure flawless transaction procedures
  • Assure accurate compliance in conformity with VIB’s regulations and National Law
  • Be responsible for user/password security
Customer Service:
  • Comply accurate transaction procedures following VIB’s service quality standard; assure 7-step procedure
  • Raise customer satisfaction through qualified services and good working attitude
  • Assure cash availability in the ATMs following standard SLA service in accordance with VIB’s regulations.
