Mô Tả Công Việc

• Lead the bank’s “Datacenter moving” project. 
• Deliver assigned projects with expected quality of result, according to stakeholders expectations, with minimal escalations and management help. 
• Organize team work and delivery of expected results by team members. 
• Plan all aspects of the projects, envision conflicts and resolve them without external help. 
• Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
• Lead communication and progress within the project. 

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor Degree (or above) in IT (preferably), additionally can be in Management / Banking. 
• Project Management certification is preferable. 
• Proven track record of successfully delivered infrastructure projects, experiences in similar projects are preferable. 
• At least 5 years working as Project Manager in IT hardware or 5 years as IT Infrastructure Manager managing a medium to big sized IT hardware system. 
• Fluent English is a must. 
• Excellent problem solving skills. 
• Ability to organize and control team members and stakeholders without external help. 
• Effective management of stakeholders expectations.
