Mô Tả Công Việc
  • Understand and analyze business requirements from different business units and branches in VPBank 
  • Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
  • Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain (LOS, Promotions, Loyalty)
  • Provide advices to Business Architect as well as Business Users with the specific system capabilities (LOS Indus for Retail and SME, current Promotions, etc…)
  • Study and utilize all out-of-the-box functionalities of the current system to fulfill business requirements whenever possible
  • Analyze/propose all customizations/modifications needed to fulfill business requirements
  • Document all configurations/customizations/modifications and make it understandable for developers to implement these change requests
  • Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
  • Provide documents/supports to architecture team regarding change requests of the corresponding systems
  • Setup tasks, monitor and responsible for implementing the change requests
  • Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding customizations/modifications which has been implemented
  • Ensure standard quality and timeline for provided services
  • Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/Team about capabilities of new technology/systems 
  • Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
  • Bachelor degree and above (Graduated as a Bachelor of IT or Banking and Finance)
  • Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 2 years 
  • Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in CRM and Front Office domain
  • Understand how to write a SRS for Banking Products/processes
  • Working with particular systems in Interest Product Domain (such as LOS, Campaign and promotion management, etc...)
  • Can communicate in English (mandatory)
  • Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
  • Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about secure Banking Data
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
